HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ONLINE?

If you send back a product to our online shop, there is no possibility to change to other sizes or items. You may then add a new order. To return unwanted items you need to go through these simple steps:

1. See to that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Do not remove stickers or tags.

2. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible use the original packaging.

3. The cost of the return is paid for by the purchaser, which is non-refundable, Send your return to:

4. Do not forget to email brenda@agaso.co.uk citing the reason for your return & the invoice number.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.
